Your gift can save a life!
DKMS is thrilled to partner with the Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPI) to increase the Indian donor pool!
70% of patients in need of a stem cell transplant don't have a fully matched donor in their family and approximately 12,000 patients per year depend on transplant from an unrelated donor to survive. These numbers are even dire for cancer patients of Indian ethnicity as the donor pool of Indian ethnicity is very limited.
At DKMS, it is our hope that every patient in need of a lifesaving transplant will receive one. Your gift, and all funds raised by this initiative, will go solely towards DKMS's mission to expand our global registry. The more people registered, the more matches, and more matches means more second chances at life. Donate to DKMS today and help save a life.

Help DKMS delete blood cancer
Every 3 minutes, someone in the U.S. is diagnosed with blood cancer. For many, a bone marrow transplant is the only hope they have to survive. Sadly, thousands of people lose their fight because they cannot find a matching bone marrow donor.
Only 30% of cancer patients are able to find a match within their family for if/when a stem cell transplant is needed. For the other 70% of patients, they must find an unrelated donor by looking to the registry. These donors are found through individuals who voluntarily register and donate to blood cancer and blood disorder patients they are matched with.
DKMS is part of the world's largest network of bone marrow donor centers, growing the registry and connecting patients with donors who can save their lives. Globally, DKMS has registered more than 13 million donors and helped over 130,000 patients receive lifesaving transplants.
Whether you choose to make a financial donation or join our lifesaving registry, your support for DKMS helps us lead the fight against blood cancer.
